Fried Peppers With Garlic

Instructions

Rinse peppers, remove stems, halve, and discard seeds and veins.

Cut pepper flesh into 1 1/2-inch pieces.

Peel and mince all garlic cloves.

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add peppers and garlic to the hot oil, stirring often until peppers soften.
