Fried Bologna and Cheese Sandwich

Instructions

  1. Heat canola oil in a nonstick sauté pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Cook bologna in the hot oil until browned, about 1 to 2 minutes per side.

  3. Place a slice of American cheese on the bologna, then remove the pan from heat.

  4. Spread mayonnaise on both bread slices and assemble the sandwich with the fried bologna and cheese. Serve immediately.
