Frico Recipe
Parmesan frico are thin, crisp, cracker-like Italian treats made simply from grated cheese.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop 1 tablespoon Parmesan mounds onto the sheet, spreading each to 3 inches wide with 1-inch spacing.

Bake 5 to 6 minutes until light brown; remove from oven and repeat.

While warm, quickly shape frico: roll around a spoon handle for tuiles, or drape over inverted muffin pans for cups.

Cool completely on the baking sheet.
