Fresh Watermelon Margarita

Instructions

  1. Prepare a chili-salt rim for two glasses by mixing salt and chili powder, wetting the rim with a lime wedge, and dipping into the mixture.

  2. Muddle watermelon cubes into a pulp in a cocktail shaker.

  3. Add ice, tequila, triple sec, and lime juice to the shaker, then shake well.

  4. Fine-strain the cocktail over fresh ice into the prepared glasses.

  5. Garnish with watermelon and lime wedges, and a mint sprig.
