Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Remove from heat, add 15 fresh mint leaves, and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons of sugar or honey, if desired.

  4. Serve hot in mugs, or pour over ice in glasses; garnish with optional lemon slices or juice.
