Fresas con Crema
A simple summer dessert layers ripe strawberries with a rich blend of sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and media crema, optionally topped with whipped cream.

Hull and slice strawberries into 1/2-inch pieces.

Whisk media crema, sour cream, condensed milk, and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth.

Layer strawberries and the cream mixture into 6-8 ounce dessert cups, beginning with strawberries and ending with cream, using approximately 3/4 cup strawberries and 1/2 cup cream mixture per serving.

Optionally top with whipped cream and chopped nuts; serve immediately.
