Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Combine 6 tablespoons softened butter with shallots, garlic, celery, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Fill each mushroom cap with a spoonful of the herb butter and a snail, then brush the mushroom exteriors with additional butter.

  4. Arrange mushrooms in a shallow baking dish.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
