Instructions

  1. Combine cabbage, green bell pepper, red onion, and red bell pepper in a large bowl.

  2. In a medium saucepan, mix the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes; then cool completely.

  3. Pour the cooled liquid over the vegetables, stir well, and transfer to an airtight freezer container. Freeze immediately.

  4. To serve, thaw the coleslaw in the refrigerator overnight.
