Fluffy Marshmallow Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Combine sweet potatoes, butter, orange juice or milk, salt, and 1/3 cup of marshmallow creme; then beat in the egg.

  3. Transfer the sweet potato mixture into a lightly buttered baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.

  4. Top with miniature marshmallows and broil for approximately 4 minutes until browned.
