Flourless Brownies

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan by greasing or lining with sprayed nonstick foil.

Melt butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Stir in sugar and salt.

Incorporate eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.

Stir in cocoa powder until incorporated.

Spread batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool brownies completely in the pan.

Remove from pan, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and cut into 2-inch squares.
