Flaming Spanish Coffee
A customizable Spanish coffee with a flaming rum caramelization ritual.

Instructions

Measure rum, coffee liqueur, brewed coffee, and set aside spices.

Dip a heat-resistant wine glass rim in lemon juice, then sugar.

Add rum to the prepared glass.

Tilt the glass, carefully ignite the rum, and swirl to caramelize the sugar. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.

Pour in coffee liqueur, then brewed coffee until the glass is two-thirds full.

Serve once the flame extinguishes.
