Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

  2. Cut in vegan margarine until the mixture is crumbly.

  3. Whisk vegetable oil and water together in a separate bowl. Add this liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until the dough forms.

  4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Remove the chilled dough and roll it out onto a lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.

  6. Press the rolled dough into a pie tin, then trim any excess from the edges.
