Fish in Yogurt Marinade

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.

  2. In a shallow baking dish or zip-top bag, combine lemon zest, juice, yogurt, garlic, oregano, cumin, allspice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place fish fillets in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for one hour if possible.

  4. Heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat; sauté scallions for 1 minute.

  5. Move scallions to one side, add marinated fish fillets to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.

  7. Serve the fish with the scallion oil spooned over.
