Fish Florentine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F and grease a 2-quart baking dish.

  2. Arrange thawed spinach in the dish, top with fish fillets, season with salt and pepper, then spread condensed cream of mushroom soup over the fish.

  3. Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the soup layer.
