Firecracker Salmon

Instructions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients until sugar and salt dissolve.

  2. Place salmon in a resealable bag, pour marinade over it, seal, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.

  4. Remove salmon from the bag, place on the hot grill, and brush with some marinade; discard remaining marinade.

  5. Cook salmon 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until its internal temperature reaches 145-150°F.

  6. Remove from grill and serve.
