Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a clean 1-quart (4 cup) mason jar.

  2. Seal the jar tightly, shake it, and store in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, shaking daily.

  3. After one month, strain the cider for consumption, either as needed or the entire batch at once, discarding any solids.
