Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.

  2. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy, then stir in lemon zest.

  3. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder into a separate bowl, then combine with the egg mixture and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

  4. Once batter rests, melt butter in an oven-proof pan within the preheated oven, ensuring it doesn't brown.

  5. Remove the pan, then brush the melted butter to coat the pan's surface and sides.
