Fillo Wrapped Hot Dogs Recipe
A crispy, flaky pastry encases hot dogs in a delightful variation of pigs in a blanket.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Unroll thawed phyllo dough sheets.

Brush one phyllo sheet with olive oil, sprinkle with za'atar, then top with a second sheet and brush with oil.

Sprinkle more za'atar on the top phyllo sheet.

Cut the stacked sheets in half, place one half atop the other, then slice vertically into halves again.

Place one hot dog at the bottom of each phyllo dough half and roll up.

Arrange seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with your preferred topping.
