Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Pat steaks dry and trim any unwanted fat.

  3. Combine oil, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, oregano, onion powder, and black pepper.

  4. Place steaks in a resealable bag with the marinade, ensure all surfaces are coated, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

  5. Grill steaks for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

  6. Remove steaks and rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
