Fajita Marinade
A quick and simple marinade imparts delicious flavor to fajita-style meat.

Instructions

Season meat on both sides with approximately 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt per pound, then refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.

Combine all remaining marinade ingredients in a large zip-top bag and stir.

Add the steak to the bag, coat thoroughly with marinade, then seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Grill or pan sear the marinated meat to your desired temperature.
