Eucalyptus Martini Recipe

Instructions

  1. Start boiling water in a saucepan; dissolve sugar, then simmer for 1 minute.

  2. Add eucalyptus leaves to the simmering syrup and liquidize the mixture.

  3. Pour the syrup into a bowl and cover for 15 minutes to cool.

  4. Combine gin, cooled eucalyptus syrup, lime juice, and egg white with ice in a cocktail shaker.

  5. Shake thoroughly, then double strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

  6. Garnish with a eucalyptus leaf.
