Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. Whisk eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined; use 3 eggs and 2 cups of dairy for a custardy quiche, or 4-6 eggs and 1 cup of dairy for an eggy version.

  3. Scatter meat, vegetables, and cheese over the bottom of the crust.

  4. Pour the egg mixture into the crust, then place the pie pan on a rimmed baking sheet.

  5. Bake the quiche until the top is browned and the center jiggles slightly, 35 to 40 minutes.

  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
