Instructions

  1. Start simmering water in a medium pot.

  2. Add shredded seaweed and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.

  3. Reduce heat to very low, then stir in miso, scallions, tofu, and optional soy sauce until miso dissolves, avoiding a boil.
