Easy Vegan Yellow Cake

Preheat oven to 325 F and grease the bottom of an 8-inch-square pan.

Cream vegan margarine until smooth, then gradually add sugar and mix in egg replacer.

Stir in flour and baking powder; add up to 1/4 cup soy milk if the mixture is too dry.

Spread batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
