Easy Vegan Yellow Cake

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F and grease the bottom of an 8-inch-square pan.

  2. Cream vegan margarine until smooth, then gradually add sugar and mix in egg replacer.

  3. Stir in flour and baking powder; add up to 1/4 cup soy milk if the mixture is too dry.

  4. Spread batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

  5. Cool the cake completely before frosting as desired.
