Easy Vegan Tofu Scramble
A simple vegan breakfast scramble, akin to scrambled eggs, features tofu, onions, and green bell peppers.

Press a block of tofu, then slice into 1-inch cubes and crumble it.

Heat oil in a large skillet and sauté the crumbled tofu with chopped onion and pepper for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring.

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce, then cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 more minutes, stirring.

Add nutritional yeast and stir until the tofu is well coated.

Serve immediately, optionally topped with salsa or cheese.
