Preheat the oven to 425 F.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and ginger. Cut in vegan margarine until mixed.

Add pumpkin and mix thoroughly.

On a floured surface, knead the dough a few times, then form into a large circle a few inches thick.

Cut the circle into 12 triangular pieces.

Transfer pieces to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
