Easy Turkey Meatloaf

A simple turkey meatloaf recipe, perfect for weeknights and can be prepared in advance using basic pantry items.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

  2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pat excess moisture from ground turkey, then add it to the bowl and gently knead until just combined.

  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet, shape into a 5x8 inch oval loaf, and spread the remaining 9 tablespoons ketchup over it.

  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 F.

  6. Remove from oven and rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
