Easy Turkey and Rice Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

Combine turkey, cooked rice, green pepper, onion, mushrooms (optional), condensed soup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
