Easy Turkey and Rice Casserole

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

  2. Combine turkey, cooked rice, green pepper, onion, mushrooms (optional), condensed soup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.

  3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

  4. Cover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly.
