Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and spray a 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine 12 ounces cooked egg noodles, two 10.75-ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, 2 cups cooked peas, 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, two 6-ounce cans drained tuna, and 1/2 cup milk; season with salt and pepper to taste, then spoon into the prepared dish.

  3. Toss 1 cup soft breadcrumbs with 2 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.

  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and the breadcrumbs are browned.
