Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 3500F.

  2. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil, eggs, and water in a bowl.

  3. Stir in chocolate chips, then pour the batter into a greased 12-cup bundt pan.

  4. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  5. Cool the cake on a wire rack for 90 minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate.

  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
