Easy Thai Grilled Fish Fillets Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to a medium-hot temperature.

  2. In a bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, lime juice, fish sauce, and red chile, stirring until the sugar dissolves to form the marinade.

  3. Place fish fillets in a dish, pour half the marinade over them, and turn to coat; marinate for at least 15 minutes while the grill heats. Reserve the remaining marinade.

  4. Brush the marinated fish with oil.

  5. Grill fish for at least 2 minutes undisturbed, then cook for an additional 3 to 6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145 F and the fish flakes easily.

  6. Warm the reserved marinade or use it at room temperature as a glaze or dipping sauce; garnish with lime or lemon wedges and serve.
