Instructions

  1. Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, lime juice, and chili pepper in a bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Add shrimp to the sauce and coat thoroughly.

  3. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat, then add the marinated shrimp and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until plump and pink.

  4. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more sugar if too sour or more lime juice if too salty or sweet.
