Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Chili
A slow cooker chicken chili combines chicken, tomatoes, and two types of beans into a well-seasoned, comforting meal.

Combine diced chicken, onion, bell pepper, garlic, drained beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and bay leaf in a slow cooker and stir.

Cook covered on high for 1 hour, then switch to low for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is tender; alternatively, cook on high for 3-4 hours.

Discard the bay leaf.

Serve with optional sour cream, shredded cheese, or fresh cilantro.
