Easy Skillet-Fried Potatoes

Instructions

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Sauté 1 sliced onion until tender and translucent.

Add 1 diced red bell pepper and 1 minced garlic clove; cook for 1 minute.

Stir in 6 potatoes (1/2-inch pieces), 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt, and black pepper.
