Easy Shrimp With Spinach and Alfredo Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare spinach by washing and trimming fresh spinach, or cooking and thoroughly squeezing moisture from frozen spinach.

  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.

  3. Add shrimp, prepared spinach, and green onions to the skillet, then cook, stirring constantly, until the shrimp turn pink.

  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle Alfredo sauce mix over the mixture, stir well, then add light cream and cook until heated through and thickened. Season with black pepper to taste.

  6. Garnish with fresh Parmesan cheese.

  7. Serve immediately with hot pasta or rice.
