Easy Shrimp With Angel Hair Pasta

A simple, highly-rated shrimp dish served with angel hair pasta and Parmesan cheese, ideal for a dinner for two with salad and bread.

Instructions

  1. Start boiling salted water for the angel hair pasta.

  2. Peel, devein, and rinse the shrimp.

  3. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions, then drain it.

  4. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until golden, then remove and discard it.

  5. Add shrimp to the garlic-infused oil; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of parsley. Cook until shrimp turn opaque and pink.

  6. Remove the pan from heat. Add the drained pasta, Parmesan cheese, and remaining 1/2 tablespoon of parsley. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
