Instructions

  1. Sauté sliced seitan in oil over medium-low heat for 5 minutes until lightly browned.

  2. Stir in soy sauce, then add balsamic vinegar, barbecue sauce, and 1-2 tablespoons of water, mixing well to coat the seitan.

  3. Continue heating for 1-2 minutes until water is absorbed and seitan is fully cooked.
