Easy Roasted Rutabaga
Naturally sweet rutabaga is roasted with oil and seasonings until tender and lightly browned.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking sheet with foil.

Peel rutabaga and cut into 1-inch pieces.

Toss the diced rutabaga with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg.
