Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).

  2. Cut rhubarb into 1-inch pieces, place in an ovenproof dish, and sprinkle with sugar and orange juice.

  3. Loosely cover the dish.

  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through but still intact.

  5. Remove from oven and let cool uncovered.
