Instructions

  1. Combine red wine, olive oil, garlic cloves, onion, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then pour the mixture into a large zip-top bag.

  2. Add the steaks to the bag, seal, and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, turning several times to distribute the marinade.

  3. Prepare the steaks as preferred and discard the remaining marinade.
