Instructions

  1. Combine confectioners' sugar, water, and corn syrup in a small saucepan, stirring until well mixed.

  2. Heat over low heat, stirring until dissolved, ensuring the temperature does not exceed 100 F.

  3. If the glaze lacks opacity, add more confectioners' sugar.

  4. Place items on a cooling rack over a sheet pan, then pour the warm fondant over them, tilting to coat all sides.

  5. Scrape dripped fondant from the sheet pan; rewarm, strain, and save for reuse.
