Easy Pineapple Casserole

Strain both cans of pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup of the juice.

In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and the reserved pineapple juice until smooth; then stir in the pineapple pieces and shredded cheese.

Spoon the pineapple mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish.

Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl, tossing to coat, then sprinkle evenly over the pineapple mixture.
