Easy Peach Bread Pudding

An easily prepared peach bread pudding is made with sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and convenient canned diced peaches.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

  2. Butter an 11x7-inch baking dish.

  3. Tear bread into pieces.

  4. Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup of juice; dice the peaches.

  5. Whisk sweetened condensed milk and eggs in a large bowl.

  6. Add diced peaches, reserved juice, hot water, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon to the milk mixture.

  7. Stir in the torn bread until fully moistened.

  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  9. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

  10. Cool slightly before serving; store leftovers in the refrigerator.
