Easy Orange Rice

Instructions

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add celery and shallots and cook, stirring frequently, until tender.

Pour in orange juice, water, orange zest, salt, and thyme, then bring the mixture to a boil.

Slowly stir in the rice, cover the pan, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat, allow to stand covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
