Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Combine ground beef with soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup (or tomato sauce), and salt.

  3. Form six patties from the mixture.

  4. Grill patties for 6 to 7 minutes per side, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F. Add one slice of Swiss cheese to each patty during the last 1-2 minutes of cooking.

  5. Remove cooked patties, cover with foil, and set aside.

  6. Mix mayonnaise and steak sauce for the burger topping.

  7. Assemble burgers with the topping and serve.
