Easy Oil Pie Crust

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

  2. Stir in 1/4 cup vegetable oil until integrated.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons cold milk or water, mixing until the consistency is crumbly.

  4. Press the dough mixture into an 8- or 9-inch pie plate, covering the bottom, sides, and rim.

  5. Bake as directed by your pie recipe, either blind baking for custard or unbaked fillings or filling and baking whole.
