Easy Oil Pie Crust
A simple oil-based pie crust requires no shortening, butter, or pastry blender and has a quick 15-minute prep time.

Instructions

In a bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Stir in 1/4 cup vegetable oil until integrated.

Add 2 tablespoons cold milk or water, mixing until the consistency is crumbly.

Press the dough mixture into an 8- or 9-inch pie plate, covering the bottom, sides, and rim.

Bake as directed by your pie recipe, either blind baking for custard or unbaked fillings or filling and baking whole.
