Easy No-Bake Pineapple Cheesecake

Combine 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, and 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the mixture, then press the remaining crumbs into an 8- to 9-inch springform pan and chill.

Beat 8 ounces cream cheese with 1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar in a large bowl until fluffy.

Add 20 ounces crushed pineapple to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.

Fold 16 ounces whipped topping into the pineapple mixture.
