Easy Minute Steak Meal
A minute steak is a quick, easy, and economical meal often served with various sauces, a side salad, and bread.

Instructions

Heat a grill pan over high heat.

Season 2-3 minute steaks (about 12 ounces) with salt and pepper, then rub with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

Cook steaks in the hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side until browned, being careful not to overcook.

Remove steaks to rest, then turn off heat and melt 2 tablespoons butter in the same pan.

Drizzle the melted butter and pan juices over the resting steaks.

Slice and serve the steaks topped with 1/4 cup rémoulade, alongside 10 halved cherry tomatoes and 2 cups arugula tossed with 1/4 cup vinaigrette.
