Easy Minute Steak Meal

Instructions

  1. Heat a grill pan over high heat.

  2. Season 2-3 minute steaks (about 12 ounces) with salt and pepper, then rub with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

  3. Cook steaks in the hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side until browned, being careful not to overcook.

  4. Remove steaks to rest, then turn off heat and melt 2 tablespoons butter in the same pan.

  5. Drizzle the melted butter and pan juices over the resting steaks.

  6. Slice and serve the steaks topped with 1/4 cup rémoulade, alongside 10 halved cherry tomatoes and 2 cups arugula tossed with 1/4 cup vinaigrette.
