Easy Mini Quiches With Pulled Pork

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).

Spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

Line each muffin cup with a round wonton or dumpling wrapper.

Place 1 heaping teaspoon of pork in each cup, followed by cheese and green onions.

Whisk eggs, light cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.

Pour 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons of the egg mixture into each cup.

Bake for 14 to 15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the filling is set.
