Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).

  2. Spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Line each muffin cup with a round wonton or dumpling wrapper.

  4. Place 1 heaping teaspoon of pork in each cup, followed by cheese and green onions.

  5. Whisk eggs, light cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.

  6. Pour 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons of the egg mixture into each cup.

  7. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the filling is set.

  8. Serve the quiches with your preferred dipping sauce.
