Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F; line a baking pan with foil and top with a cooling rack.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, beaten egg, and milk; mix until blended.

  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared rack.

  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until cooked through and browned.
